Improved Facilities for Tomato-Breeding Efforts at MHCREC

Due to the cooperative efforts and support of NC State University’s Dept. of Horticultural Sciences and the NC Ag Research Services,  a new plastic greenhouse has recently been added to the facilities at the Mountain Horticultural Crops Research and Extension Center in Mills River, NC, and is currently in use by the tomato-breeding program at the Center.
